Dedicated To Making Payment Processing

Affordable, Safe and Efficient

Who We Are and
What We Do

Iroquois Merchant Services provides credit card-based payment processing solutions and services for all industries. We focus on service providers, large multi-location retail, e-commerce merchants and high-risk merchants. Iroquois works with each of our merchants to implement a payment processing solution that creates efficiencies in processes for payment acceptance, reconciliation and reporting. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Iroquois Merchant Services is a portfolio company of Iroquois Capital Group.

Our Difference

Fair and Transparent Pricing

We will not confuse you with multiple pricing models, difficult-to-read statements or hidden fees. With Iroquois Merchant Services, merchants fully understand what they are paying for credit card processing. We place a high value on relationships and ongoing customer service. That’s why we work with our partners to clearly define the correct pricing structure.

Committed Customer Service

Iroquois Merchant Services is focused on building and maintaining trusted relationships with our clients. That starts with our consultative approach and tailored services, and it continues through our ongoing dedicated customer service. Every Iroquois client has one point of contact, so you have someone to call whenever you have a question or need.

Superior Technology and Resources

The payments industry can be significantly affected by technology, government regulations and consumer behavior. Merchants and service providers want to align with a trusted partner who can provide cutting-edge resources and the most up-to-date security protection protocols. That’s why Iroquois Merchant Services invests in resources and expertise – like our POS systems and mobile processing – to ensure businesses have and can navigate the best possible solutions.
